User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOK but appreciated here in Whitebread Vermont: A true fusion based on the background of the owners. You can find mexican, indian and carribian inspired dishes here and while you've probably had better mexican, indian and carribian food elsewhere, you've probably never had it all in one place, and certainly you can't find dishes like this anywhere else in the Stowe Waterbury area. Best bets are the carribian dishes like jerk chicken that seem closest to the cooks own background. "Classic" mexican and indian dishes often dissappoint, but there are a few satisfying choices available here.
