User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFlatbread in Middlebury if by far the supreme flatbread experience. Though it gets busy (we had to wait about an hour for a table), the hostess' were welcoming and caring, and the bartender was extremely nice, knowledgable, and in control, even though he was very very busy, and great with our children. Excellent place. I highly recommend it.

YUM!: Even though it's Flatbread and not pizza it's still the best pizza from here to Chicago.

awsome food. The best pizza I have had: The pizza is the best. With the use of local products it also helps our local economy. usually long wait after 5:30 or 6 pm. only open friday and saturday makes crowds larger.
