A company that truely cares about it's customers. Came out Christmas day and never charged me. Everytime I call them they are prompt, efficient and trustworthy.

HORRIBLE AT RETURNING CALLS HORRIBLE PRICES AND THIER DELIVERY AND SERVICE TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DRIVE SAFELY IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE OUR CHILDREN PLAY

BROOKS OIL PROVED THEMSELVES TO US!!!!!: After 3 different Companies had attempted to resolve our furnace problem we gave Brooks a try and problem resolved! They were very professional and got to the bottom of it without bad mouthing the other companies who had given it a "Try". I now use them for Oil, they may not be a discount company but they are reasonable and for what we are saving in service calls it is well worth it. Full Service is the only way to go.
I would highly reccommend them to everyone.
