User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've only eaten here once but the food was very good and the fish was extremely fresh. The portions were generous and I had to "brown bag" leftovers, which is not something I like to do with sushi. Next time I'll order less.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreatest sushi: i just moved to ct from japan,and i visited a lot of japanese restaurants in the hartford surrounding area, looking for real sushi...finally i find real sushi at toshi restaurant..The fish is fresh and melted in my mouth ..I could not believe how good the food was. Other area restaurants do not even compare with the quality of food and service I received once visiting Toshi!! The atmosphere was great and the people that work there made me feel at home. I defenitely recommend Toshi if you are looking for great japanease food and expierence.
