User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI requested the car for pick up at the Berlin train station 45 minutes before I was to arrive. The train was on time, but the car was late and the driver did not know where he was going. He kept asking me directions, but I told him that I did not know the area.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Driver: The driver did not know where he was going. You would think he'd know the area, but sadly he doesn't. I would rather spend more on a limo then be late for a buisness meeting.

Never Ride from BDL: driver not friendly...billed my credit card twice. I would not reccomend anyone to USE the TAXI SERVICE AT BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL...Call ahead with a reputable company before your flight...it will save you a lot of troble.
