User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went on Furniture Emporium's website to see if they were listing any new info about their store. I do this when I am in the market for something new. I was surprised to see the negative review as I have always been more than happy with my purchases and the service I received. This is not a big store but I am always amazed at the amount of furniture they have in there. When I am looking for something, I always go there first as I have never been disappointed. When my friends compliment me on how my house looks, I always tell them to check out Furniture Emporium. I have never heard from any of them that they were disappointed. Review may have been written by a disgruntled former employee who just wants to cause some trouble.

Very poor customer service...wish I had gone to Bobs Discount Furniture, they have better customer service

I keep returning to Furniture Emporium because it's refreshing to know there are businesses out there who still appreciate the value of their customers and take pride in providing service beyond the delivery of the merchandise. I bought a sofa from them about 8 years ago and when I mentioned about 6 months later that I noticed a small pull in a seam, the owner had it fixed in no time. I have since purchased numerous items of furniture from them and I am confident that they will stand behind anything that they sell. Because they are not a big warehouse operation and they get to know their customers, the owners are also very helpful in choosing style and design. Furniture Emporium is truly the Biggest Little Furniture store in CT. I am always happy to recommend them to my friends.
