Satisfied: Love their work, you get what you ask for. You don't find that any more...recommend it to everyone. Truth be told, expect to be their all day but the end results are well worth it.....

Good Job: The service is great. The ladies do know what they are doing. You do need to know spanish since they do not know much english... otherwise great service. And not badly price either.

......Yeah Right!!: I highly recommend that you do not go to this salon. I was a regular customer for about a year. The stylist knew how I liked my hair. I would get it cut in long layers, dyed the base of my hair a light brownish color, and bleach my highlights...The last time I got my hair done there, the same stylist did the same routine, but I was not happy with the results. The color of my roots did not match the original color, so the roots were orange. When she did the long layers my ends( the very last layer) were not even at all, my ends came to a sharp point. If you were to look at the back of my head, it looked like a V, get it?? Well anyway, I did not pay for it, and I left the salon crying histerically. It was that awful. I have not been there ever since. And oh yeah, if you do decide to go despite what I said, plan on being there for the majority of the day.....They take they're sweet time doing such a crappy job.. I hope you make the right decision. But on another note, I do highly recommend that you go to Off Limits on Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford, CT. It is kind of pricey, but you will be pleased with the results. I have been a regular customer for about 4 years.. And it's so worth the money spent..
