The service is very poor at this location. I had to wait at least 3 or 4 minutes. You wait and wait to be served. When I was waited on the young boy was not happy to have to toast me a bagel and he took his time . I saw 2 people wait for 5 minutes to be served. The place was not at all busy. The one doing the drive thru there just stood there, I guess waiting for some one to drive up. The other was pretending to clean a machine. The 2 people couldn't get there attention so they just walked out. I called the number they have there asking how was your visit?? It's been 2 days and I haven't gotten a call back. Wonder why???

In my daily travels, I love to stop in and get a coffee. This particular day I had my husband with me, he had asked the cashier if he could have a toasted bagel with light butter. What turned into an easy order, turned into chaos. The bagel was dripping in butter.My husband asked the girl behind the toaster to toast him a new bagel with light butter.She then proceed to tell him "Next time you need to tell me how you want your bagel"! My husband replied " I shouln't have to tell you, I already told the cashier"! The girl behind the toaster got mad and started tossing foodbags around. My husband then asked for a manager. The manager came out and gave a half hearted apology. My husband didn't get the results he was looking for so he then told the manager "He was calling the number on the board and reporting her". The girl behind the toaster said "Go right ahead, I'm quitting anyways'! Mean while I looked around the coffeeshop and of course patrons were starring and checking out the drama.Not only that, an employee started laughing, and told toaster girl," Don't worry about it'. I was so embarrassed, so I grabbed my husband,and said "Please lets get out of here"! Not only was it a beautiful fall morning, but it was my husbands birthday. We will never stop there for coffee again. Sorry! I'm taking my buissness elsewhere! I'm sure they know how to prepare a simple bagel.By the way, I have worked in the food industry for over 15 years. That my friend, is no way to treat anyone.
