Owner knows his products. I bought a pellet stove and it has worked great for me. The only problem I had was resolved over the phone. It doesn't get any better than that! Highly recommend.

Thank goodness for the owner of this company. He is what an owner should be- takes responsiblity for his company and product. Although we had problems with our product, he followed through until the problem was solved. He took all of our calls and made things right. That's hard to find in a business.

Less than 1 star! Purchased a wood stove from them and was assured that parts/service would be available. Shortly after the stove arrived, the cast iron top cracked and I contacted the owner. "no problem" he said, "get me a copy of the sales slip and I'll get the company to send the part right out". Time went by, never heard from him. Stopped in to see him and he asked for another sales slip copy since "he faxed the other one, so it's gone now". Like it disappeared into the phone lines? I never got this resolved, but I was able to talk a friend into cancelling an order they had with this business based on my lack of satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs!
