I have been with Paradiso Insurance for two years and during that time it was nothing but a nightmare for me. They never know what is going on with my policy. For some time I would call in to the number and the calls would not go through. I had to call the insurance company directly for answers. The answers I received from Paradiso were always different. The bills I received in the mail were always different from what was showing on their website. I finally got tired of the constant cherade and let my policy cancel. They reinstated me without telling me and are now trying to bill me for additional coverage I didnt know I had while the whole time being insured with someone else. Now they want a signed cancellation notice frome me? For what? They cancelled ME and never got back to me on what was going on, requested almost 600 dollars to reinstate me which I informed them I didn't have and then never got back to me with a new quote. How am I supposed to know I'm insured if no one tells me??? I will never do business with this company again! So I got no resulotion other than they will not cancel me without a signed cancellation notice from me because of the possible liability to their company should I decide to file a claim. They offered to keep me on the policy. why would I want to? I'm already insured with someone else and that's beside the fact that my new policy is less than what they are offering me. Very poor service!
