User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have been interested in getting another car since mine has seen better days. I had to get my emmissions tested and it was close to where I live. The place is hussling and bussling but no chaos. Everyone was busy but everyone knew what to do. I had a chance to talk to a salesperson for a second. They do everything there.. emmissions, finance, special finance, DMV, sales and do repairs all in one building. I asked about the financing. They deal with "conventional" banks and have "special financing" bank. It really is quite a good place to be. When I get my taxes come in, I am definitely buying from there. (impressed)

I have been denied EVERYWHERE cause I am 20 with no credit and no cosigner. This place is the first that is for real. I cannot wait to drive away tomorrow. I went in doubting and feeling negative cause of all the places I went to already. Lori got me comfortable and really went out of her way to help me with the application process. She explained everything clearly and told me what to expect next. Finally, getting my ride.

I live in Mass and tried to do business in Mass, but I did not have any good experiences there. I ended up in Enfield CT and was treated very well. I happened to have dealt with Lori she really is the best. However, everyone there is really nice and I am very satisfied with my SUV.
