I called the dealership from out of state. One of the managers made me a good deal over the phone on a brand new car (08)and stuck to his word. The management seemed to be good there. They were also accomodating. I would recommend them, espically if I lived in CT.

Poor salespeople, poor service department, and bad management has made this one of the single most deceptive car dealerships in Connecticut. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. You cannot get a fair price for your trade, and you WILL be sorry you tried to use this service department. This place uses the typical method of charging sticker price until you try to walk out. Then the dishonesty really begins, the manager starts throwing around "a monthly payment you can afford" instead of just telling you how much the car really costs. Do not be fooled, you have worked too hard for your money to let this thief take it from you unfairly.
