User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood Sushi: I tried WasaB again after a long hiatus and loved their sushi, but was disappointed with the Pork Shogiyashi - it was dry. Anyhow, the other items in the lunch box made up for it and the overall impression of the food was good. The ambiance at WasB is not so great - it's an eclectic and shabby place. Service was prompt and friendly as always. WasaB seems to get a little more for their lunch fare, but it is good food.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you love sushi, run don't walk...: WasaB is by far the best sushi in the area. I live in Hartford and work in Bloomfield (right next to Ginza, which is good) and nothing even comes close. The sashimi and sushi are impeccably fresh. If you are a sushi or sashimi lover, opt for the bento box. It's cheaper than the sushi or sashimi deluxe and comes with tempura, dumplings, soup and salad. Great value, although prices keep increasing as word of mouth catches...Great place for kids too. Their kids' menu can please even the pickiest eater (my niece included). Just order some white tuna sashimi and close your eyes when you eat it and you'll understand...You can't miss.

The best Sushi in the Valley: Wasabi has by far the best sushi and japanese food in Farmington Valley ! In fact, nothing else comes close !
