    i love this place: Amber she is really good. She the best in hartford. She did my tatoo and it came out really good. i will miss you amber you rest in peace. my heart & thoughts go out to your family and daughter. You in a better place.

    Amber was a wonderful young lady and a great artist. She did a tattoo on me a little over a year ago, I get ALOT of comments on what a great job she has done. She will be GREATLY missed in the community. Tattoo all those angles up there girl and paint your heart away!

    I recommend this place to anyone, I never got tattoed there before, but I got all my piercings done at Pelican's. They're really careful with using sterilized equiptment and really clean- they know their stuff. I got my navel, genital, tongue, and ears done and they were great. Very patient and cool people- Joe is the best---(owner) did all my piercings... A place where you can actually feel comfortable.
