User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been a customer of Clips for many years and I have to say I was very surprised to read such a review as the one submitted by Eva. Obviously, while she was in the salon she was so "focused" on the person she was referring to that she failed to notice all of the wonderful things in the salon. I have always been greeted by friendly warm smiles and the women that work there are pleasant and professional. The salon is very clean and has great decor and a nice atmosphere. Above all, I always leave there with a great hairstyle that I receive numerous compliments on. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I go to this salon, and I can tell you, it is a wonderful salon! The facilities always look wonderful and the people are very nice and professional. I go every 5 weeks, and I get my hair cut and colored every time. My hair is very healthy and without fail, I get compliments on it. I've been told more times than I can count, that it does not look like I color my hair. I think that's like the ultimate compliment. They use fantastic products that really keep hair healthy. The owner could use cheap products, but she won't cause she cares! Based on the description by Eva, I know the hairdresser she went to. That person does not work for Clips - she rents space there. You can't fault Clips for problems with that person! I think if you call Clips, you won't have an issue - actually, you'll probably be very pleased! The service is great, the prices are reasonable and it's just a wonderful relaxing visit!

one word describes this salon...CLASSY! All of the stylists are friendly, extremely knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable. And did I mention, you leave there looking great! I have tried many different salons and this is the best by far! I recommend this 5 star salon to everyone!

My name is Doreen, and I have been getting my hair done by Cindy for almost 20 years! Recently Cindy started working at Clips and of course I followed her! In my opinion Cindy is probably one of the best hairdressers around. When I started going to Clips my standards of a hair salon were very high seeing that Cindy used to and still does go above and beyond for her customers. Walking into Clips for the first time the décor was very similar to her previous Salon in Newington, but the atmosphere was not even close, of course Cindy always has an enormous smile on her face and always greats me with a hug and kiss as she does with all of her customers (seeing this all these years). The other ladies in the Salon for the most part are friendly but nothing like Iâm used to. Cindyâs smiling face and warm embrace could make anyone feel at home. With this being said I believe Cindy is a wonderful asset to the salon. Her classy looks and bubbly personality could brighten anyoneâs day but most importantly my hair has always been simply stunning. After leaving the Salon with a smile a mile wide I seem to forget about the days stress and feel like a new woman!!! Thank You Cindy and Clips for allowing this to happen. God Bless
