User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNo Problems: I was taken care of by a young male and he was great. He talked to me about the whole car and really walked me through all that it had to offer. I know it's not in the greatest part of Hartford but it was a convenient location for me. Overall I had a great experience.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSales Dept is so rude and lies!!!: Don't even think of buying your Toyota here!!!! Especially as a single woman you will guarenteed be treated like an idiot and talked down to. You will not be given complete answers to your questions and you may even be lied to. They will practically lock the doors to try to keep you in there and buy your car that day - they do not want you leaving to think about it.
They told me they would try to find me the car I wanted and said they were looking and kept me waiting for weeks before they finally admitted they could not get it for me. It was well worth it to travel a long distance to New Haven to A1 Toyota where you will be treated with respect with no run around.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible, rude, and incompetent service department: The service department is terrible. The manager is rude and the customer service people follow his lead. Of course, talking to the owner of the dealership showed me that rudeness is the overriding theme of customer service. The service department has also lost my paperwork and my keys when I was scheduled to pick it up! And no one would ever call me back or discuss the problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. There are others in the area that are much nicer.
