I have been an Ives customer for the last 5 years and have been consistently pleased with their professionalism, technical know-how and customer concern. I do not have full service with them so I did not expect them to come out on 2 occasions when I had a problem at 10 PM. In those 2 cases I waited until they opened at 8 AM and they rapidly had a technician come out and fix my problems.

In 2005 I bought a Buderus boiler from them and it’s an absolute dream machine. Their installation was flawless and I can barely hear it when it’s running. They installed it in February and, literally, they shut down the old boiler, connected the new one and we were without heat for maybe an hour! Now that’s service. It should also be noted that just this week in October 08 they cleared an air lock in my boiler pipes and only charged me half price because they “may have been responsible” for that air lock 3 years ago on the boiler install!

I find them to be highly reasonable people, capable and pleasant on every occasion when they come to my home.

I have used Ives Bros for years, I have always counted on these folks to provide me with home heating oil service. They are best home heating service in Eastern Connecticut.

My husband and I have been receiving oil & service from IVES' BROS for approximately 8 years; they have been professional as well as efficient at all times.
