Had our car for 4 days and we still cant get anyone one the phone.
You can actually hear the person we are asking for, the service mgr, telling the person to hang up and hold the rest of his calls. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. They are horrible at communicating with customers. Do not care how inconviencied you are, or how they put you out, but have no problem calling you after your car is paid off to see if you want to get a new one. You cannot even get intouch with any person above a mgr at any time unless you are signing a lease or buyin a new car.
They highlight every negative stereotype about Car Dealers there is and bring out some new ones to boot.
Good Luck if you use them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starscharge too much: Charge too much but didnt the job done. Please check you car body if there is damage. The employee is careless may bomp it to another car.
