    service poor at best: Notice no local number?
    I didn't get IRS forms so went in. . . they couldn't find info gave and me a number that "I would hear from on Monday" but would give name of contact. I didn't receive a call . . .called the number outside area Tuesday and although unaware of my issue they had the information and were accomodating but need to fax to the branch. . .I called number on the Assistant Manager for the Branch's card. . .answering machine. . .can't reach a person if I leave a message they'll be in touch after 4. . . .Hello?
