I completely agree with MOMJG. DO NOT USE THE FIRST AID THERE. my brother and I attended the Mayhem Festival last year and during the first band performance my brother got a bit dehydrated and decided to go to the First Aid. they insisted on him going to the hospital even though I knew all he needed was water and a good 20-30 minutes of rest. I'm only 16 but I'm certified in CPR and First Aid and I go to a school where all their classes are medical related so I knew that it wasn't necessary to go to the hospital. in the end, we had to miss the rest of the festival. please avoid getting injured in any way so you can avoid the people at First Aid. and if you must go to the hospital, i suggest you drive yourself so you won't have to deal with them. aside from First Aid, the theater is great
Very disappointed....Included in our ticket price is parking. When we got to the concert the free parking was filled to capacity. I had to pay $30 for parking. Come to find out, young kids only go to park there and party but don't even stay for the concert but yet get to park for free in the parking lot designated for concert goers who pay the money to see the show. I think every person who enters the "free" parking areas should have to show their concert tickets.
STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!
As a parent making plans with a 17yr old to make sure they stay safe how can you as a theatre change a concert time from 4 to 7 on the same day leaving these kids hanging around for 3hrs. Not to mention the adults that are there drinking for another 3 hrs???? Were does your responsibilites ly??? Shame on you and Brad Paisley. Thats totaly ridiculous these individuals are just a number to you. You show no regards for your concert goers or for the parents that at last minute have to scurry around and make other plans to get them home 3hrs later than scheduled!!! I'll never buy a ticket from you people ever. What a joke!!S
This place is the worst concert venue I ve been to. Only one side to enter and exit the theater makes it hard to get to the bathrooms and exit the show at the end of the concert. Why don t they open the other side which would make it much better. The Comcast Center in Mansfield is much better because of the abilty to enter and exit from both sides. This is a potentially dangerous situation if a emergency arises. Free parking is a nightmare and I always pay on the street to make it easier to get out. I only go here if the concert I want to see is not coming anywhere else close by.
