User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi have NOT had a good experience with bank of america and have chosen to bank elsewhere. either the economy is responsible for the bad customer service or it is just this bank. i do not recommend this company to anyone. they are too happy to charge fees for reasons only they can understand while not responding to emails in a personal way. very poor service here.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWOW!: Hopefully that caught your attention. It is now "Bank of America' . The only thing good about them is you can find and ATM everywhere. But there NOT a conglomerate! really!. I recentley opened an account with a local bank, so far so good. Oh the biterness come with the fact they have returned over 900 dollars to me in 1 year. c-o-n-g-l-o-m-e-r-a-t-e ....
