I was in an emergency situation with pain in my gums and jaw, radiating up to my ear. I had been in this pain and tried to see my regular dentist who, after 20 years of family dentistry, had too many patients to see me. I had root canal surgery done on three teeth...my endodontist took x-rays and said "Everything is fine! It is a periodontal problem." I then went to a periodontist who advised to look underneath one of the caps on the tooth that was hurting. The same advice my dentist gave me. I had been on anti-biotics for 26 days and wanted to get off. I needed to see someone asap.
I called Dr. Gary Weller on the advice of a trusted friend and he took me in the next day for a consultation. The day after that he found the source of the problem...decay on the outside of the crowned tooth and a hole left from the endodontist's root canal surgery! He also found the 2nd tooth that had a cap and root canal surgery with decay up underneath the cap. Both caps were not fit properly, thus allowing the decay to enter.
Dr. Weller spent his time with me... a perfect, kind gentleman, and resolved the problem, thus far. I highly recommend him.
