User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVisit a Different Location: I was at Illiano's not to long because my girlfriend and I have visited their location in Niantic and enjoyed it. We were utterly surprised when we walked in and weren't greeted. We sat down and then waited 10 minutes at least for some kind of attention. We ended up just getting drinks, then getting up and leaving. This restaurant employs a lot of teenagers that stand around and mingle amoung themselves instead of working. Not recommended
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI felt like I was in Sicily again!: We recently moved to SECT and finding a good Italian Restaurant is not easy when you're used to "nonna's" sicilian cooking. We stumbled upon this gem one afternoon and entered into a delightful setting that reminded me of my summers in Sicily as a child. Italian music over the speakers, aromas of fresh tomato sauce and the feel that we had just entered nonna's kitchen again! The prices are excellent and the portions are even better! Early bird specials are "out of this world"!!!! You just can't go wrong with this place. Whether it's for take-out pizza (which by the way is absolutely delicious), a casual late afternoon meal after a day at the beach, or a romantic evening with your honey! There are meal selections for even the pickiest of eaters. A wonderful wine list and top shelf liquors to chose from. And by the way...a meal is not a meal without a cup of their espresso! Hope you enjoy! We do!
