User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFood at Wings Express is absolutely fantastic. I've never had wings at their place - why would I get wings at an Indian joint? - so my review is about their out-of-this-world Indian (Sikh) food. I've had Indian food in many places in Europe, Canada, and the US, and this is in my personal top three. Yes, the place is rather small, smelly, cold in winter, and rather unattractive - but the food is authentic. They do not make many compromises to cater to an American clientele, which is great! The Chicken Korma and Lamb Curry were among my favorites, and also their Naan bread is great. My advice: do not go for the buffet. Yes, it's cheaper, but I've had it a few times and each time I was disappointed: food was rather bland, uninteresting, and cold. So go for the real thing!
Alas, I recently moved some 700 miles far from Connecticut, and one of the things that I miss the most about CT is Wing Express!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFrankly I dont know what all the talk is about this place its small and the buffet is nothing great they have 3 burners, I will say all the bread, rice and wings were good the curry was disappointing.
