A wonderful place to escape the world: The food is wonderful, the rooms are relaxing and beautifullly appointed... and the Innkeeper is warm and welcoming... a definite must if you're in the area. By far will surpass your expectations. A little off the beaten path, but still close to Mystic, Foxwoods, and Mohegan Sun, Stonecroft allows you solitude, comfort, and an opportunity to reconnect with a loved one or to unwind and return to your daily life more grounded and well rested than ever. (The beds are HEAVENLY!) Enjoy champagne on your arrival, schedule a massage with Wendy (she's got magic hands) and your weekend will be unforgettable. Great during the week too. I'd give Stonecroft more than five stars if I could. Wonderful place, wonderful food, and exceptional people.
