I went through the drive thru, asked for a bucket of 1/2 orginal the other grilled. The person taking my order asked me how many pieces of chicken, I repeated to her a bucket, she seemed to have a problem either understanding, hearing or didn't know what she was doing. To top it off she had such an attitude, I got to the window and asked again for a bucket, she took the box of chicken that she had given me the first time, came back with the same box, treating me like I was stupid. To not cause a scene I went home, my son opened the box there were 8 pieces of chicken and was charged for 9 pieces. I will never go back and I will make sure to let people know of how I was treated and hopefully they will take their business somewhere else like I will. Especially with the times being so hard, you would think there would be better customer service, well not at the KFC in Groton that's for sure.

I agree with Dawn. This fast food place does not have a consumer friendly attitude. They need to learn to put customer's first and greet them with warmth.
Also, this fast food place has a problem if you order a mixed bucket of chicken (half dark meat/half white meat). Even though we have stated several times what we wanted in our order, on two occassions we got home with 1 wing and 1 breast in bucket order with sides. The order was also not extra crispy, only part of it was.
