User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to Bliss since it opened. Prior to Bliss I had seen the same stylist for years until she sold the salon and moved away. I was not happy but decided to give the new owner a chance and I have been very happy with my decision ever since. The atmosphere is always warm and relaxing, and I always get compliments on my hair afterward. My daughters also use Bliss and will not go anywhere else. A friend of mine still travels down from Boston to have her hair done at Bliss!!!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible Customer Service: I booked this salon for my bridal party. I am not a fussy bride, nor did I request a complicated hair style, but when I went in for my 'practice updo' the girls were clearly not interested in spending much time with us. The stylist put about four bobby pins in my hair and didn't seem too interested in doing much more. I paid $35 for a five minute attempt at a hair do, then was told I was being charged $100 cancellation fee for cancelling a month in advance. In addition they never answer the phone and the reception who called me back was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon.
