As a business owner I am in need of many repairs... weekly... All my equipment is brought to Advanced Power, and has been for many years. It is always repaired the correct way, I myself need my equipment to run as long and well as it can with as little down time as possible. If it wasn't for the good people at Advanced Power doing as much as they can to help out a small business like mine, I would have lost alot of work due to equipment breaking down.

ADVANCED POWER EQUIPMENT: I FOUND THEIR SALES AND SERVICE TO BE TOP QUALITY. OTHER PLACES MIGHT BE FASTER BUT ADVANCED ALWAYS FIXES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THATS WHY THEY ARE SO BUSY! I PURCHASED MY TRACTOR THERE BECAUSE OF THIER SERVICE AND THE TRACTOR WAS THE SAME PRICE AS HOME DEPOT!

Go elsewhere if you want timely service: I have used this place for mower repair a number of times. They have never completed the repair in the time originally stated at the time of drop off. It usually takes weeks past what they say. Three weeks turned into six!. Everytime I called to check on progress, the response was "next week". I thought this might be the case everywhere, but recently I tried another place and they were only off by 2 days. I have no complaint about the actual repairs they have done, but the service could stand to be a little friendlier and they should do a better job at estimating time required for repairs.
