I called ona whim, and they squeezed me in on a last minute appoitment. I was set up with Winter. She was very quick and knowlegable in her field. She was friendly. Hair Factor was the first 'real' salon I visited and I walked out of there very satisfied with the haircut I recieved. Mary worked with me in deciding what an appropriate style would look great on me. It helps to bring in pictures! She's very nice and she definitely knows what she's doing. The salon itself was clean and presentable. I've seen women of all ages get their hair done there and have not heard any bad word of mouth on them yet. Thumbs up!
