    You know someone has to pay for those big ads. get a few estimates to give yourself an opportunity to calibrate a price and have leverage to negotiate. This owner has not been painting for even fifteen years. He has many felonies and his crew are not subject to background checks. My neighbors property is a mess. the stuff I heard and the work I saw being done was awful. So I myself did a background search.I paid $20. for it and I could not believe it. Stick with the small operators who are not over booked and spend three months trying to recoupe money for ads that you are paying for...
