I had a great experience, I just went for the day and enjoyed the spa it was great!!! I can not wait to go back
Overpriced and unprofessional staff at reception. Don't ever get your eyebrows done here--it's done in the store! The lady couldn't even see what she was doing! What is the $20 Spa charge for??? I should be able to decide what to tip my aesthetician or massage therapist...not have it added to my bill. The receptionist was chewing gum and filing her nails...not what I would expect from a place this pricey!!!
I had such a GREAT experience. I took my friend there for her birthday and was treated like royalty. We ate at Kensington's - THE BEST experience on the East Coast. Go to one of their wine tastings... you'll absolutely love Will!
The Inn is gorgeous and you really don't want to leave your room. But, you get down to the spa and hit the relaxation room and you come out a changed person. The day packages are wonderful and such a great value! Mothers and daughters... I would recommend their package that treats you to a girls weekend.
I don't know why there are some negative comments here.. I spoke with people from Boston, New York and even Los Angeles... they all LOVED the experience they had.
It's well worth the vacation... or you can make it a weekend. Kudos to Tim and the gang.
P.S.
Go to the wine tastings they have when Chef Dan prepares the meals... he is a tremendous person to have in the kitchen.
