Whether you've lived here a long time or you're new to the area, Friendlys Pizza is the place to go. The food is very good, the portions are large, the service is great and the people are wonderful. They are warm and as the name implies "friendly". Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel valued and Part of the family. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food at a great price with warm and "friendly" service! You won't be disappointed!
I think these guys are great! Not only is the food delicious -- they actually delivered to my grandmothers house during the snow storms. They really know now to make you feel welcomed! Hats off to you guys!!!
I am a regular customer of Friendlys. And I have to tell you that I am not happy with there inefficiency to get the orders correct. Many times I have gotten all the way home with my order made incorrectly and have called and complained. There response being bring it back and we'll correct it. With the price of gas of course I never bring it back. But the truth is it should have been made correctly from the beginning. I shouldn't have to take it back. They should have enough pride in their jobs to make sure that they serve the people efficiently. They are in the business of serving people. The customers work hard for there money and when they call in an order they want it made the way they asked for it. They don't write down the orders correctly therefore causing them to be fixed incorrectly. Since I have gotten home with many incorrect orders I have now made it a point to check the order in my car for accuracy. And many of times I have had to go back inside and get the order corrected. Lately they have been over frying the chicken almost to the point it is burnt. That goes for the wings and the fried chicken dinners. And to make it worse they are now frying the foods in dirty oil. This is new. I was always happy that the chicken was fried in good clean oil. The last chicken dinner I got the chicken was almost burnt and you can tell from the taste of it that it was fried in dirty oil. I got the worse indigestion from it and kept burping up the remnants of the dirty oil all night until I finally had to take Alka-Seltzer to alkalize my digestive track. I plan to take a break from Friendlys for a bit in hopes that they will read this review and clean up there act. I'm hoping that Anna & Dean will retrain the staff and stress to them how important it is for them to get the orders correct at all times. Train them to take a little more pride in their jobs and really care that the orders are correct. You see corrected the order when it should have been made correctly in the first place just doesn't do it for YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

I have to disagree with you. I eat there at least 5 times a week and I've never had any problems. But, you have to admit that everyone makes mistakes. that is part of having a human work force. Doesn't fried food in general cause indigestion? Are you seriously going to blame these guys for your body's inability to process fried greasy foods?? You've probably figured out by now that I am a big supporter of this place so I'll defend them as long I continue to get the great food and service I always get!
From reading your "review" it sounds more like you have an axe to grind more than a unbiased review of the restaurant. You are definitely in the minority here (more than likely, all alone in your opinion) and the only one I have ever known to have such complaints. As for using "dirty oil"..shame on you for even suggesting such a thing. We eat at Friendlys at least once a week...we have NEVER been disappointed. Perhaps you should stick to eating at home!
