I finally had the opportunity to eat at the Log Cabin Restaurant this past weekend. It was one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant. From the salad on the meal was delicious and yes the portion were very large. We were extremely happy and would recommend this restaurant to family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful dinner.

My sister and I decided to take our parents to the Log Cabin for their birthdays. Going on the recommendations of others as well as seeing some of the great reviews on here and other places, I felt I had nothing to fear. When we had arrived, we were seating right away and everything seemed good to go. Things started to go downhill after our hostess seated us. Out waitress came over and poured waters for us and passed out menus. She then proceeded to tell us that we were seated too early and that we were holding up the table. Looking around, I noticed many open tables and that there wasn't anyone waiting. When it was pointed out that her problem should be with her hostess and not us, she started to get very loud. Needless to say, we were all made to feel uncomfortable due to the fact that the fault was not ours that were were seated early. On top of that, she was just plain rude. I was floored, this was my Parents birthday!! I can understand that we all have bad days, but the tone and the unapologetic stance was uncalled for. My brother in law spoke with the manager, who, didn't seem to mind the way we were treated. We were told that if we had a problem, to take it up with our waitress. The manager had actually told him that if he was unsatisfied with that, that we shouldn't come back. At no time did my brother-in-law raise his voice and handled everything in a calm manor. Never have I been to a restaurant where the manger failed to take responsibility for their staff's actions. I've apologized to my parents that this incident should spoil their party. I can say with 100% honesty, I'll never go back to the "Log Cabin"
