User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswe have been going to the middletown resturant for yrs and have never been dissapointed. fast service friendly staff and awesome food. my son goes there so much that they know exactly what kind of drink he wants. highly recommend this place to anyone who likes mexican food.

Last night was our second and last time at Puerto Vallarta. The food was awful. One positive is that the wait staff was very good both times.

I had my first meal at Puerto Vallarta on 6/28/2008, and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and efficient. We didn't have to flag anybody down to refill water glasses or salsa. The food was generous and flavorful, though the burritos were a bit heavy with cheese. The tortilla soup was terrific! All in all, I'd be happy to return.
