User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy son has been at Misty Morning since April of 2009.. He started there at 4 months old and I've never been happier with a daycare! The teacher/infant ratio is just as it should be and my son is so well taken care of. They know him inside and out and they love him. There is absolutely no turnover so he has seen the same faces every day. They do art projects with him, flash cards, go over colors, shapes, etc. I love them and would never consider going anywhere else. I've even put it in writing to them. I am a first time mom and I am so greatful to them!

My child has been at Misty Morning for a few months now and I really like it. I like all of the teachers (except one which is not terribly friendly, but treats my child well) and the facilities are clean. They are always doing art projects with my child which I love. Compared to other area day cares, this one is more affordable, and also flexible in terms of being able to take vacation time, getting $3 off when you pick up your child early, etc. I would definately recommend Misty Morning!

I wouldn't recommend Misty Morning Children's Center. My child went there and regularly came home dirty (large pieces of food in hair, dirty clothes, dirty hands/face). There were some great people there, but many of the teachers were untrained and not able to properly care for children. They didn't understand child development, child needs, etc... never felt completely secure in leaving my child in their care. Care was custodial at best; there was almost no supervised learning. The kids were expected to basically keep themselves busy. There were numerous violations on child/teacher, especially in the early morning. We originally went there because we had no other choice, but we since found a much better place and we couldn't be happier. Our child has learned so much in this new daycare, and we noticed big changes immediately. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere; your child deserves better.
