User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSorry to say the customer service was awful. My friend had a gift certificate and booked a facial. The night before became sick and tryed to cancel in the morning. They charged her credit card $85.00. When I called them to explain what happened and that I would go in her place, they refused and booked another person in the same spot. I called at 2:00 PM and her appointment was at 5:00 PM - I understand that they have a 24 hr. cancel policy, but my friend was sick (emergency room) and unemployed, single mother of two. I would have gone in her spot so she would not have to pay.
This is just bad, bad customer service and double dipping.-

I just went to simply body for the first time and was very happy with my services.I was told by some friends that they have strong massuses and I was happy with my massage. I also had a manicure which came out really nice. I liked the television during my manicure.nice touch. I bought a great package special and I am going back for another massage with a friend. It is very clean, I agree.

My wife in along with myself for a couples massage at simply body.I am not one to usually write reviews but this place is great. From the minute we walked in the lady was very nice and the staff in the back were very friendly. We both had great massages and the champagne was a nice surprise.I have been here for myself for massages but my wifes first experience was very positive.We booked another couples service for our anniversary next month.
