User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsToo crowded in the summer, always feel rushed to eat and leave as people are waiting for your table. I enjoy it from Nov thru April, food is good, better than Lenny and Joes in Madison.

Tries it twice last summer-clams were dried out, lobster roll chinzy-good place to have a drink, only when band is on the deck.

As local residents, we have always enjoyed Bill
s..and brought many friends there with us.Until, today. We ate outside, paid our $110 bill, went inside when it started to rain, had a drink, paid at the bar, and went outside again. In the confusion, the waitress charged us twice for the same bar bill. When we explained that we had paid the bill, we were told we had better pay or there would be a problem, So, we paid our bill, AGAIN, and left. This time for the last time. As a business man, I can say for sure this was handled incorrectly. Consideration for a customer that had just paid their bill and had explained the confusion between waitresses should had been sufficient to accept the customers word.

bartender once charged me for a party of 8's drinks when i specifically told him to keep my wife & i separate. guess it was easier for him that way. oyster roll there tasted like a holdover from previous summer, band is ALWAYS too loud and the creek stinks at low tide. cant understand the attraction of this pit.
