Negative attributes: Consistently unfriendly, often snide service.
Iâve been to Miso maybe a dozen times since they opened and have never received anything approaching friendly service. I know I should just stop going there but unfortunately the sushi is delicious so until I find somewhere comparable Iâll keep shelling out my money when I seriously need a sushi fix. In the future I will opt for take out.
Also, they say they are open for lunch until 3pm, but Iâve been and seen others turned away at the 2:30 mark. Once at the end of our lunch, my companion and I were the last patrons to leave and before we had even received our bill, they turned out the lights on the other side of the restaurant! Then we were brought our bill and our waiter stood next to our table waiting for us to give him our credit card. We left in a hurry after that but when we checked the time when we got to the car, it was only 2:45.-

I went to Miso last weekend with my husband. That was our first time there. We ordered Miso Soups, Tuna Carpaccio, Edamame, Sex on the Beach Roll, Tornado Roll and a couple of sushi and sashimi ala carte with the help of our waiter. His recommendations were awesome. Everything was great. The service was still wonderful although it was so busy. We lives in Hartford and we will definitely come back again with my son, who also loves japanese food.

MISO,in love with the food!! I took a girl thier for our first date and it was a wise choise in my behalf.Service was wonderfull our waitress stayed ontop of our drinks and and made sure everything was ordered to our specifications.Awesome interior full bar and sushi bar as well.items id suggest,Hong Kong ice tea,Sex on the beach roll,Dragon roll and the Volcano roll must be tasted.Prime location within walking distance of evey bar and club on Crown st. its a relaxed place dress casual but sharp.
