I've had just about everything on the menu. It was all good except one time when I had their prime rib dinner. It was on special. What a mistake that was. lol Don't ever get that. I am not, however, taking away any stars. Service is really good. Atmosphere is nice, even though it's in Wallingford. Food is great. Only thing, drinks are a bit on the high side but I can deal. Not going to nit pick. The owner is friendly. I used to wait on him whenever he would come into the place I worked which will remain nameless because that place is terrible. Nice guy, good pub. The music is just a bit too loud for the size of the place. If they can dial it down just a bit I'd love it. Make this place a regular stop.

My Favorite: This is by far the best establishment in Wallingford...the atmosphere is great and the service is exemplary. This is the most friendly and relaxing place in town, and you can't beat the food and drink. Paul is a devoted owner, and it shows.

Wallingford's Hidden Gem: This is the type of pub that after you visit, you say to yourself: "Now THAT'S the type of pub I want to own."
A nice selection of beer on tap, tasty food, an outdoor patio, and of course good live music. Throw in some comfy couches, and I call that a nice evening out.
