User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going here for over 10 years and have gotten my mother, her best friend and my best friend all to go to them for the past 6-8 years or so. They are all very sweet there and we've never had any problems. They are very accomodating and treat you like royalty. Highly recommended!

I will definitely go again! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, the service was fantastic. I was greeted warmly when I entered the salon and offered coffee (which was really good, by the way..usually salon coffee is not so good). I was then taken on a tour around the salon so I knew what other services they offered. Although I had to wait about 15 minutes for my stylist (Christina P.), it was worth the wait. I was donating my hair to Locks of Love and she straightened it before cutting the ponytail so she was sure it was the proper length (it has to be 10 inches). She was very friendly and discussed what she might do to make the haircut I brought in fit my face a little better. She even offered me a granola bar. When I was done getting cut, the woman at the front desk had the forms for locks of love printed out for me and a package for first time visitors, which included 2 coupons for 1. a free tanning session and 2. a free spa manicure or blowdry. It also included a trial size of some straightening product. The haircut was very reasonably priced ($30 including styling, that's with a "new talent" stylist), and I am very happy with it. This was the best service I have ever had at a salon and would definitely recommend it to others!

She is excellent, professional, and always does a wonderful job! I would recommend M Salon and Spa to anyone and everyone!
