| About: | The two owners of Bentara Restaurant (a Malaysian inspired restaurant), William Christian & Chef Hasni Ghazali, decided to venture into a steak house after two years of opening Bentara. Daily, their top selling item at Bentara has been an Asian inspired filet mignon, Bentara Filet, prepared with dry rub of cracked coriander seeds & black pepper & a cabernet sauvignon reduction. Chef Hasni Ghazali & Managing Partner William Christian, created the first "New England" steaks by using unique ingredient that's native to this region in the preparation. The steaks are carefully selected & aged for a minimum of 21 days. These process resulted in the juiciest, tenderest & the most flavorful steaks. Our "Chipwood Grill" allows us to smoke the steaks with mesquite woods while cooking them. |

Always great food and service. Be prepared to spend a little more than usual but it's a great place for a special occasion.
Good food. I got the my steak and a side. The appetizer was tasty. The desert was excellent. Great service - my server couldn't have been nicer. Nice decor - it is clean and classy looking. The only negative was the coffee - it didn't taste good and refills are generally not free.
