User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy wife and I eat there periodically. The food is good and the service leaves much to be desired. We use their 1/2 off coupons when are usable. (You have to read the fine print to discover when they are valid). They refuse to honor their coupons printed in the Entertainment book. They need to take a course in customer service.

My husband and I have been dining at Ixtapa since they first opened. We're regulars and we love it. The food is excellent, as are the drinks. The service is friendly and fast. Sometimes it seems we have had to flag someone - as other reviewers have mentioned, but they're just so friendly and laid back is all! Enjoy the experience!
