I never experienced the absolute worst customer service or pizza ever ! I was visiting from florida and looking forward to enjoying a good pizza while I was here. I was taken to the new location on Wolcott Rd. The pizza (which is NOT Italian ) took over an hour to get to our table which was cold on the inside, burnt on the outside and raw bacon on top ! We tried to eat it as we were hungry from waiting so long. We told the waitress (who was very sweet) that the pizza was awful to which she agreed that it looked real bad. We were then offered a bottle of wine, a new pizza or take this one off our bill. We decided to take it off the bill......... the waitress came back and informed us that the owner refused to take it off and would only reimburse half of it ! .....keep in mind this was after he already offered to take it off...........I really thought it was a prank or something, surely a business owner who's resturant was already empty would not treat his customers this way ! Yes he did and then threatened to call the police if we didn't pay for 1/2 of the pizza ! I know this sounds like a joke.......but it is not ! We asked to speak to this lunatic but he refused to come out to the table, again the poor waitress was mortified. He did call the police, they came, in which they informed us that unfortunately we are obligated to pay for the pizza. By the way , the owner also told the police we were very nice, but he wanted the bill paid ! I am still in shock over this and will expect this place will not last very long ! I'm sure if we were treated this way.......and had this awful pizza , this place will surely be closed by the next time I'm in Waterbury.

listen i dink dat dis is a good place to get pizza its good n there huge slices da grinders are not as good dats why i dont by it but if u dont like it dont by it duhhhh

This is the nastiest pizza i've ever tried. It stinks and I hate it. The best pizza in Waterbury is Domenic & Pia
