Love my ford! perfect. Couldn't of been any better.
Like this dealership the best out of all I've dealt with. I paid for an oil change last week. $30 for oil change and to top off all the fluids in my 05 Dodge Ram. My hemi takes 7 quarts of oil. Usually a garage will charge extra for this but not Crowley. That coupled with awesome service gives this place a 5 star rating from me. Anything we've needed in the past they have helped with or if they couldn't do the job they had reccomendations of where to go. To me, this is A+ service.
The guy below me who gave the 1 star rating. Isn't that your fault for not shopping around? I can't fault an establishment for charging what they charge for something when I can buy the part elsewhere. There are many resources at the tips of your fingers for finding parts. ANY dealership you go to is going to charge more for a part then what its worth.
STAY CLEAR - You don't want to buy Genuine Ford Parts from this dealer. Dealers, which are independently owned, set their own prices on Ford Genuine Parts. I purchased a plastic retainer / bushing which holds the clutch pushrod onto the arm of the clutch pedal from Crowley: $11.00! The estimated cost to manufacture: 20 cents. Price obtained at Monaco Ford in Glastonbury; $6.00. Crowley must be charging an arm and a leg to pay for their new dealership. AVOID, let them go under.
