User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe waited patiently for 15 minutes for our server, who did not show up, then we told the hostess, waited another 10 minutes, and still no service. We were on our way out the door when the manager appeared. Did we get an apology? Nope, just a "can I seat you in another section?"
Like we really want to wait another 25 minutes....what happened to an apology and let me take care of you. It wasn't even crowded (Monday night at 5:30) Very poor service and poorly managed. Go to Outback instead.

I agree with you on occasion. We have had the same experience. We also have had some terrific servers. We've even had the manager come to our table and our bill was adjusted. Unfortunately, it's hit or miss on when you go. Definitely let management know immediately when there is a problem, but also when things have been exceptionally good.
