I have always found Division to be incredibly helpful. I can call with any question and they help me before I get to the store. They have easily saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs or wrong parts.

All these reviews are spot on. I have gone to Charlie with a number of questions over the years since owning my townhouse and he always has a solution and has let me borrow tools. He is as honest a businessman as they come.

My father always went to Division Plumbing and now I always go there for all plumbing problem/repairs/questions. Because I am a lady, I am often brushed off as dumb and/or a pushover whenever I go to hardware stores etc. but never in Charlie's shop... He is always sincere and courteous and never treats me any differently or indifferently... than the guys...I once just called him with and emergency problem and he talked me through the problem and possible solutions, putting me on hold when he had to attend to an instore customer. Charlie is great!
