    Of all the Friendly's I've been to, this is the least favorite. Service is slow, from being seated to ordering to getting the check. Food is usually good, but I stopped going there due to the apathetic attitude of the employees.

    On a positive note, if you leave feedback on the Friendly's website, they will send a gift card. Great customer service.

    Not Impressed: We've been to several Friendly' restaurants and know what to expect. This particular one was pretty dirty. The staff was nice, but a bit odd at the same time. We won't be back.
