    Customer friendly! For any kind of millwork, windows, etc. this is the place to buy. The people are responsive and patient. I'm DIYer and it's easy to find what I need there. If I can't find it, there is always someone at R.E. to help. My time is money, as the expression goes, so I don't have time to make several trips. Ring's End gets it right the first time, every time. They help me pick out what I need to do projects and give me advice I can trust if I'm not sure. I can't say that about the big box stores. Every time we go to the big box store in Norwalk or Port Chester to purchase small amounts of lumber or replacement windows for projects, it is a pain the drain - always a story, they never call when they say they will. I'm willing to pay a little more a) to buy local, and b) to avoid the aggravation.
