    Excellent Spanish Food: Six of us ate at La Paella in Norwalk and loved it. The attention from chef/owner Jaime was great, esp. in the wine department. He really gave us personal attention. The service was wonderful. It was very busy, which is a good sign for a restaurant. The food was of very high quality, different, well presented. It is a real value and a gem in the Fairfield County restaurant scene. Try the paella negra (with squid ink): different but wonderful. Try the restaurant. You won't be sorry.
