    On behalf of Mary Frulla's family, who recently held a post memorial lunch at the East Ridge Cafe, we are extremely grateful. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The family style menu was wonderful and all had a very pleasant experience following a difficult time. The 'Cafe' was accommodating from the first phone call until the last guest left and for that the family is grateful.

    We absolutely love this place. The food is outstanding, well-served, and with generous portions. Their eggplant rollatine is superb; this is a dish on which which many Italian restaurants fall flat. The eggplant is lightly breaded and fried, yet is light and not greasy. The tomato sauce tastes homemade. Their mussels in marinara sauce is wonderful. Soups are excellent too, as is the crusty bread laid out for you to dip in olive oil or schmear with butter.

    We have not had a meal here that was less than excellent. Nice atmosphere and decor, too. Highly recommended!

    The food, drinks, prices, atmosphere, service and cleanliness, whether dining in or alfresco (lunch or dinner), has made it my choice in Ridgefield for over a dozen years. This place is like a fine wine and the stuffed veal chop special is absolutely delicious!
